Community meeting this Sunday

Don’t forget, we’re having our second community meeting this Sunday from 2-4:30 p.m. at the Main Street Library, same room. We’ll be discussing participant things and of course, eating our favorite treats and getting in some good girl time.

The Breast Cancer Dance Project is off and running! This is a fundraiser for THE WITNESS PROJECT — Charlie Stayton is the Director of The Witness Project.

As dancers we are thrilled to be partnering with The Witness Project to support this great organization that serves Arkansas women!

  Well…we are off and running with the project this year!  Rehearsals are in full swing and going really well.  Choreographers and artists putting choreography in this year’s concert are Ameria Jones, Tina Cazort, Lucy Dubose, Henderson State Dance Students (Jennifer Maddox), Meredith Zachritz,  and Melanie Hymel.  The proceeds from the 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Dance Project will go to the Witness Project again.  We are really excited to have the Witness Project involved.  We will also be having a Silent Auction this year to raise additional funds.  I can’t tell you what an inpirational concert this is and what a good time we all have being a part of something so special!
